"Well i am the Mother of Chad, or the MOC as it were.Chad came into the world in much the way you see him today. Big, very, very big.It was a very long 40+ hour experience. That being said, whatever we had to go through to get Chad out here was made so worthwhile when I stood outside the nursery window at the hospital and people commented on the gargantuan child who was in the bassinet on the left. “The poor mother!”, I heard someone say. Poor mother? I don’t think so, the lucky mother, the Lucky MOC. Me. Joey.Chad is the first born son, and has always been any mom‘s dream. Although he can be stubborn at times, unlike his mother, he can also be the sweetest and kindest son in the world. Through all of the incarnations of Chad, I think the music phase was the best and most fun. Although I have to say the football/sports phase was pretty fun too. Following Chad around to all of the concerts with LSKI, Bridges Fell, and Audio Revival was a blast! I got to live out a groupie/band-mom dream which I will always cherish. I think Chad was living his best life when he was an active musician playing out.I think most of us will agree that Bassist Chad is the real Chad.Charles is this Chad‘s given name. He was named after my father Charles Francis Magers.My dad was a Chad too in the best sense of the word.His mother called him Chad and so did his friends. My brother is a Charles/Chad, also a unique individual with a big heart.I guess you could say we had a trio of Chads, a Chadtych, and now we have Chippy who is also a Charles, although has not been called Chad as of this writing. I guess we have a Chadtravaganza in this family.Chad is the kind of son who if he looks at me and I have mascara under my eye (or on the side of my face) or a piece of lipstick that has gone missing, and is found now way above my upper lip, Chad will fix it.“Let me get that”.Who does that except a Chad, or your gay son, or a daughter?🤭Chad always gives me a kiss hello and goodbye, with a big, real hug. I'm a lucky Aunt to have such an awesome nephew! Chad is my number #1 nephew...literally! If you all have submitted a story- then that means you are a lucky person!! Why? You need Chadgbt when you're setting up any kind of remote. I remember many a times at Heaven Edge w that sound bar....we'd be calling Chad all the time!! I needed him with writing and sending this too. Wrote 3 stories. Lost them...saved in some file...

At 77 years old, I count myself among the luckiest on the planet when I think of Chad. When Chad and Nita moved to RI from NYC during COVID I was secretly pleased despite the upheaval that COVID caused in everyone’s life and certainly theirs as City Folk. But when they purchased a house in RI , my spirits and my soul leapt for joy! Having been the kind of parent that believes in raising my children to face any challenge with grit and fortitude, I suppose the “ roots and wings” analogy fits !! Growing up Chad was the Apple of My Eye and has evolved into my rock ! His consistent dependability, reliability and innate intelligence are a constant source of strength to me!! I never hesitate to seek his perspective and input on a variety of matters ( especially technology:)!
In a greater sense, Chad is exactly the kind of human we all strive to be, kind, honest, caring, compassionate and humble. Love you so much Charles Robert- Happy Birthday!!🎁

"I’m a cat. (Meowrrrr.) So, if we’re being honest, I generally have nothing positive to say about humans.They are here to serve specific purposes: House me. Feed me. Leave me alone. Love me (but only the 11.3% of the time when I want to be loved, and it’s on you, human, to figure out when that Zenn Diagram is active.)That said, I must admit that Chad is an extremely great Cat Dad.[Pardon me while I cough up a hairball.
